Dylan Walsh, who played Sean McNamara for seven seasons on the show about plastic surgeons and who recently starred in 'The Stepfather', has signed on to the Untitled Michael Dinner Pilot for CBS. The show features an ATF agent who is struggling to balance his career and family.
Meanwhile Joely Richardson, who played Walsh' ex-wife on Nip/Tuck, will play a prosecuting attorney in ABC's The Whole Truth, which revolve around the buildings of a case from both the defense as well as the prosecution's side.
In other casting news, Eric Close who's most recognized for his role in Without A Trace, has been signed for the new CBS show Chaos. A procedural drama about a group of rogue CIA operatives who combat bureaucratic gridlock, rampant incompetence and political infighting. Close will play Michael, one of the agents. The cast of the show also includes 'Grindhouse's' Freddy Rodriguez.
