Review: 90210 S02E15 - What's Past Is Prologue

When will people learn from their mistakes? 90210 isn't about to tell us, because Silver decides to spy on Teddy, Adriana gives singing a shot, Navid finds a new girl and Dixon is bonding with his birth mom. But we all know how this ends...

Because bringing in your birth mom, doesn't bode well for the family you already have. At least, not for the mom. Deb is feeling all sorts of things, and in one short scene, we're supposed to buy that she and Harry are having some troubles. Not that this isn't the first story line we actually feel for her. After doing some major mom-kickin' earlier this season, Deb proves she really cares about Dixon, but does the new/old mom feel the same way? I personally like that Dixon is getting some backstory, but I really don't know what to make of this gambling thing.
Silver is getting used to monogamy with Teddy, and in one of the most predictable story lines this season, she sends someone out to spy on him. How will this possibly end? O, wait, I don't care.
Much more interesting is Navid getting back in the game with One Tree Hill sweetie Amber Wallace. First because Navid deserves a girl who's actually worth fighting for, second because it drives Adrianna into the arms of Gia (awkward badly played by Rumer Willis). Oh, and Ade can sing too. And just like every teen girl who can sing, she joins a band. Raise your voice if you're bored.
Thank God there's still Jasper, who continues to freak out with doing absolutely nothing (is he related to Dr. Linus?). I'm really excited where this story is going, though I'm hardly impressed with the episode's ending. It could be scarier folks!
