Review: Cougar Town S01E17 - Counting On You

If you're not watching
Cougar Town, start now, because it's just too fun to miss out on. Inside jokes of the week, returning Barb, sequences that are incredibly funny and random, there are just a part of the fantastic comedy plot that is Cougar Town. Forget the title about dating younger guys, this show is about friends..and catfish.

Even if you tried, you couldn't sum up the amount of episode-long gags. It feels like you're watching a group of friends that know each other so well, any of them can be themselves, or the weirdest, childish version of themselves without feeling ashamed. And that is the great thing about this show.
For example, in this episode Andy buys a motor cycle, leading to a fight with Ellie. There are a billion hilarious jokes tied to it, but in the end it has heart. It's the concept of every great comedy, and the funny thing is that it's common (let's face it, there are a lot of great comedy shows), but any of them make it feel unique.
Jules trying to get Andy and Ellie together again, Grayson marking his territory, Laurie just being herself, it's just endless fun to watch.

I say, if you're not watching this show weekly, you're missing out on a half hour of super fun time, just sit back, enjoy and watch how grown ups act like kids and do crazy stuff. Isn't that all you're looking for?
