Review: United States Of Tara S02E01 - Yes

In a very decent season premiere, I was reminded why I liked this show when it just started. It's all about family and less about Tara's condition. And some neat story telling.

True, the show never gets really good, but I'll take good for now. In 'Yes' you see how Tara deals with being OK again and how the family is moving on.
Marshall sits down at the "gay" table at his school and Kate is looking for a job. Max however is still careful with celebrating, even if it has been three months since Tara changed. When their next door neighbor commits suicide, Tara invites a couple in their street to come over and get to know them better.
Watching how Tara deals with everything around her, how Max is very much conscious about how she's behaving, and the constant threats she faces every day keep you on the edge of your seat, because we all know; this wouldn't be a second season if she stayed normal.

The premiere was good, entertaining, easy going and interesting. Like I said, it was never really good and not something to write home about, but it was good enough.
